The Sage Group has been providing workforce-training services for over 15 years. In 1988, the company was founded as the Pace Group and established its reputation for excellent customer service and relationship building. In 1998 after two acquisition processes, the company was bought by the current ownership in Nashville, Tennessee and became The Sage Group, LLC.

The goal of The Sage Group is to assist clients in developing the skills, knowledge and attitudes necessary for effectiveness in their careers. The Sage Group not only assists them in mastery of knowledge and skills, but also helps in overcoming the attitudinal barriers that may prohibit learning. This unique approach enables The Sage Group to open the pathways of lifelong learning to each of its participants.

The Sage Group currently has eight offices nationwide serving Fortune 500 clients. The company employs more than 150 facilitators, located nationwide, who deliver training courses either on-site or in convenient locations.
