Search College Profiles

We invite you to place a profile of your academic institution on our website, highlighting the degree programs and services you offer of special interest to adult learners. Your institution's name will be listed on our home page, so interested individuals can go directly to your profile. And, your profile will be hyperlinked to your website for quick access by those individuals, who have completed learning experiences evaluated by National PONSI and wish to pursue a college degree. In an era of increased competition, a profile of your institution on National PONSI's website can be an important resource in attracting nontraditional students - a group now estimated to make up more than 45 percent of all college students - to enroll in your degree programs.

With the introduction of CCR Online, National PONSI's website is used ever more frequently by its member organizations and their constituents, making your profile an even more important resource to help you reach working adults and other nontraditional students. National PONSI estimates that its member organizations use its Directory of college credit recommendations as a resource in providing educational advisement to more than 200,000 potential adult students each year. Program members include national or­ganizations such as Xerox, Citicorp, Credit Union National Association, the Institute for Supply Management (formerly the National Association of Purchasing Management), and LOMA (Life Office Management Association). The contents of CCR Online are now made available free of charge to encourage the use of the credit recommendations by adult learners and college officials and to make it convenient to do so. This is made possible in part by the support provided by institutions, like yours, who place profiles on our website.

We are pleased to offer this Web-based publication service at the rate of $400 for 12 months, which includes a 350-word profile on our website hyperlinked to your institution.  If you wish to expand your entry to provide further information about your institution or to represent multiple campuses, please prepare up to a 700-word profile entry at $500 for 12 months. Payment may be made by check or credit card.

We know from experience that the willingness of a college to award credit for noncollegiate learning can be a powerful incentive for working adults to enroll in a degree program. For the modest cost of a profile, which compares well with the rates for conventional advertising that provides only a one-time or limited exposure, you will have the opportunity to reach out to these potential students for the next 12 months.
